Profile:

  • After receiving an MBA degree in 1972, I moved from the East Coast to the South Bay, and loved it from day one.
  • Starting at Xerox, I pursued a career in business that included becoming the chief financial officer of five companies, and president of a high tech company.
  • Following a successful business career, I chose to become a Realtor.  It enables me to use my expertise in market analysis, negotiations, and management to provide superior results for my clients.
  • What I love about Real Estate is the great people I meet and the challenge of purchasing and selling property on favorable terms for my clients.
  • In the community, I have been involved in AYSO and club soccer as a very supportive parent and coach, have raised funds for local schools, and have mentored young entrepreneurs.
  • I have two grown daughters who attended PV schools, UC Irvine and UC San Diego.  An Artist and a Psychologist, they are very proficient in their chosen fields.  I am fortunate that they live close enough to visit often.
  • My “significant other,” Kathy, is a Regional Vice President of Sales for a Fortune 500 Company.  We enjoy all the wonderful things the South Bay offers, plus visiting my family in upstate New York (can you say Poughkeepsie?), and traveling in Europe.
  • Golf and snow skiing are hobbies/addictions.   Doing the best for my clients and walking our Jack Russell Terrier get me up early.

Mottos:

  • Listening to clients needs is the most important first step.  Fulfilling their needs is the best definition of success.
  • Being honest and ethical is a way of life.  Either you are, or you aren’t.
  • Know more, do more, and be better than your competition.
