Profile: I have 32 years in the real estate industry.  I chose this career because it allows my creativity to benefit my buyers and sellers.  I enjoy problem solving, especially the really tough ones. What keeps me interested in real estate is participating with people at generally a pretty good time in their lives.  I enjoy becoming a "team" with my clients to reach their goals.  I love to negotiate and am adept at it. My community involvement includes being a youth sports coach for 17 years, primarily baseball, but also basketball, softball and soccer.  I have also been a Sunday school assistant teacher for 2 years. I am a single dad with 3 children.  Two are school age.  In my leisure time I enjoy golfing, bowling with my 14 year old son and catching fast-pitch softball with my daughter.  One accomplishment I'm especially proud of is successfully getting a title company to insure although a "lis Pendens" was in effect.  They did this only once in their history...for me.
